Before I begin: it was extremely hot outside when Lara took these pictures of me. So bear with (and try to ignore) the flip flops – I couldn’t bring myself to put anything else on my feet!

I love this look because it’s both trendy and classic. The peplum tank hits my waist at the perfect place, and the peter pan collar is just adorable. The studs add a bit of shine at the top – no need for a necklace here! This skirt was such an awesome find – the lace goes down just a little below the bottom of the skirt, which is a trend that I’ve been seeing all over Instagram lately.

I added a curl to my hair with my beloved Remington wand (it’s so cheap on Amazon!) It gets incredibly hot (over 400 degrees) and my hair will actually hold a curl all day if I take some time with it.
